4 Marichel is a luxury apartment overlooking Thompson's Bay in Ballito, located approximately 20 km from the airport. The apartment has four en-suite bedrooms and a large entertainment patio equipped with a gas braai, ideal for sunrise breakfasts and sunset cocktails. The main bedroom contains a double bed, while the other three bedrooms have twin beds.

The apartment features a TV lounge, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a more formal lounge that leads onto a large balcony with an outside lounge and dining room table. Additionally, there is a double lock-up garage, and the beach is accessible via a locked gate within the property. The complex also has a communal swimming pool at the entrance, ensuring a secure environment.

The unit offers full DStv facilities and is serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. It is important to note that students are not allowed to stay in the apartment unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay. If students are found staying without adult supervision, they will be evicted immediately.

The Marichel complex features a secure swimming pool with fencing. Marichel 4 has a separate TV lounge where children can enjoy without disrupting the adults. Thompson's Bay features an extremely large tidal pool and access to other beaches through the unique Hole in The Wall. The area is also attended to by qualified lifeguards.
