40 Montage Village

40 Montage Village is situated in a secure complex and it overlooks the complex's own bird sanctuary. The views from the house extend towards the forested dunes and the Outeniqua Mountains. Nearly every evening, one is awarded views of a magnificent sunset from the patio.

This self-catering house has four bedrooms and it comfortably sleeps seven to eight people. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, a mini kitchenette for morning tea, a TV and a balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms with a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and opens onto the patio, the next bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double futon bed. All linen and bath towels are supplied, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

There is an open-plan living area opening onto the patio, a fireplace for chilly winter evenings and a TV with a DVD player and DStv. Guests are advised to bring their own smart card. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and the garage has a washing machine, tumble-dryer, a bar fridge and a Weber braai.
