417 The Breakers is a fourth-floor unit located in Umhlanga Rocks, on Lagoon Drive. It is a two-bedroom unit with views of the surrounding area and the resort's swimming pool. The unit is fully equipped for self-catering and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower over the bath, and an open-plan living room with a shower and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, crockery, and cutlery. The living room features a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player. The unit is cooled by air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Linen and bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not included.
