Upon entering the property through a central tiled corridor, one passes the air-conditioned queen bedroom on one side and a single bedroom with a shared shower bathroom on the other side.

The entertaining heart of the property is an open-plan area with a six-seater dining area, a comfortable living space, a working fireplace, and a fully fitted kitchen. These spaces look out onto a private enclosed fountain courtyard. The courtyard features a table, seating, and a Braai/BBQ.

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor, where there is a dressing room that connects to bedroom 1 and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The bedroom has sliding glass windows that open onto its own private terrace with a hot tub and views of the city and Table Mountain.
