The '45 Broadway Lodge' is situated in Durban North within close proximity to major schools, sporting arenas, shopping centers, KZN tourism attractions, and the beautiful beaches and warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Another advantage of its location is the easy access to a wide variety of renowned golf courses situated along the entire KZN coastline.

All units consist of beautifully finished, spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. A self-catering bedroom is also available with a convenient fully fitted kitchen. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned with king, double or single beds, and a TV.

From the balcony, a slight view of the picturesque, tranquil, and inviting waters of the Indian Ocean can be seen. Guests can also wander around the beautiful garden or enjoy the pool. The establishment does not serve breakfast; instead, it offers a Wimpy voucher for guests who choose the breakfast option. This voucher can be redeemed from the Wimpy branch, which is 2 minutes up the road from the lodge.
