The 5 Day Winelands Mountain Biking Experience is a tour package that offers participants the opportunity to experience mountain biking trails and various towns in the Cape Winelands region while enjoying the local sights and cuisine. The package is priced at R10,000 per person for groups of 1 to 3 guests, or R7,500 per person for groups of 4 to 10 guests.

The typical itinerary for the tour includes the following: On Day 1, participants will be picked up from their accommodation at 6:30 AM and start cycling at the Contermanskloof MTB Trails at 7:30 AM. After finishing the cycling session, they will freshen up and enjoy wine tasting and lunch in the Wellington Wine Route before returning to their accommodation at 2:00 PM. On Day 2, the cycling will take place at the Wild Boar MTB Trails, followed by brandy tasting at Jorgensen's Distillery in Wellington and lunch. Day 3 involves cycling at the Rhebokskloof MTB Trails in Paarl, and then visiting the Spice Route for wine, beer, and chocolate tasting along with lunch. On Day 4, participants will cycle at the Boschendal MTB Trails in the Stellenbosch/Franschhoek area, visit the Franschhoek Motor Museum, and have lunch in Franschhoek before returning to their accommodation. The final day, Day 5, includes cycling at the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve in Stellenbosch, followed by a brewery tour and lunch at Stellenbrau Brewery in Stellenbosch.

The package includes bed and breakfast accommodation, all transfers, entry to the trails, a guide, and transportation. Excluded from the package are flights, meals and snacks, drinks, bicycle rental (which can be offered at an additional fee of R700 per day), and transport in the evenings. The tour is available for one person per package, and guests will stay at a guesthouse as part of the package.
