Six on Third is an elegant accommodation property located in Shelley Point Golf Estate, South Africa. The property comprises two distinct living units - The Beach House and The Darling Apartment - offering a serene north-facing setting with ocean views and modern amenities.

The Beach House accommodates up to eight guests across four luxuriously appointed queen suites, each featuring private en-suite bathrooms, Smart TVs with Chromecast, dressing tables or work desks, bar fridges, and tea/coffee stations. The house boasts an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, scullery, dining area, lounge, and enclosed braai area. The outdoor space includes a windstill courtyard with a crystal blue swimming pool featuring a tanning ledge, a back garden with boma seating, and a pitching and putting green. A second-floor viewing deck provides 180-degree views of the ocean and golf course.

The Darling Apartment, accessible via a private external staircase, accommodates up to four guests. It features a queen-size bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, including a bathtub, double shower, and twin basins. A loft area, accessed by ladder, contains twin single beds and a day bed with ocean views. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with indoor braai/fireplace, and Smart TV with Chromecast and DSTV. Juliette balconies offer partial sea views.

Both units are equipped with solar power systems to manage load shedding, and guests can enjoy direct access to the Golden Mile beach via a private boardwalk just 50 meters away. The Darling Apartment guests may access the pool and back garden by special arrangement, subject to availability.
