636 Itaga Safari Lodge, Mabalingwe Nature Reserve

636 Itaga Safari Lodge is a luxury, self-catering lodge located in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, situated approximately 35 kilometers from Bela-Bela. It caters to guests seeking modern and comfortable accommodation in close proximity to nature. The lodge consists of a Main House and a Chalet.

The Main House features two en-suite bedrooms and a loft. Both en-suite bathrooms are equipped with corner baths, double basins, showers, and outdoor showers. The bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. The loft accommodates two single beds and has a separate bathroom with a shower. The Main House also features a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven with stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and other appliances. The dining area features a wooden table with seating adjacent to the lounge, which includes a fireplace. The living room is open-plan, providing a space for entertaining loved ones.

The Chalet comprises one bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven with stove, microwave, and other appliances.

The lodge features a deck offering guests spectacular sunset views overlooking the swimming pool, boma, and braai area. A gas braai is available on the deck for rainy days. A carport is provided for vehicle parking. Access to the lodge is via a tarred road, with a short drive from the main reception area of the reserve.
