7 Church Street Guest House

The 7 Church Street Guest House is a Victorian luxury guest house located in the heart of Montagu, a village recently voted as South Africa's Favorite Village. It is situated in beautiful park-like gardens with a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by panoramic mountain views. The guest house offers several accommodation options, including a luxurious honeymoon suite, a stunning elevated garden-suite, a spacious twin room, and a cozy double room.

The honeymoon suite features a four-poster bed, TV, and an en-suite Victorian bathroom with a huge ball and claw bath and separate shower. The garden-suite features a large and spacious lounge with TV and fridge, a sundeck overlooking the herb and indigenous gardens and mountains, a queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The twin room has an en-suite bath and separate shower, while the double room has a queen bed and an en-suite shower set behind the veranda.

All rooms are equipped with luxurious embroidered cotton percale linen, original works of art, Persian carpets, and sweet fragrant fresh flowers. Additional amenities include hairdryers, fans, heaters, and tea/coffee trays. The guest house also offers a complimentary muscadel, and the hosts, Mike and May, assist guests with restaurant bookings and provide accurate advice on what to do in and around Montagu to ensure an enjoyable vacation.
