7 On Joycelyn is a family-owned and operated establishment. It is located in the seaside suburb of Bluewater Beach, conveniently situated in close proximity to the Coega IDZ, Coega Harbour, and a 15-minute drive from the Port Elizabeth Airport. The 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 adults. Additionally, two self-catering studio apartments are situated on the same premises.

Fresh linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided for guests. The property offers Wi-Fi access, and the lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV with DStv and a DVD player. There is a communal swimming pool on-site, and off-street parking is available. Lock-up garages are available upon arrangement.

For self-catering guests who book a unit, a fully equipped kitchen is provided with crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, and appliances. A limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries is supplied for each new guest upon arrival. Guests are responsible for their own cooking, dish washing, cleaning, and making beds. Daily cleaning and laundry services are available upon request. Fresh linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are changed weekly.

7 On Joycelyn offers two types of accommodations: Room Only Bed & Breakfast, which includes the use of all communal areas except the kitchen and braai facilities, and Self-Catering Accommodation Units, which provide private use of the unit. The beach is located 450 meters away. The three-bedroom unit features 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 2 double beds, two full bathrooms, two living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and one living area have sliding doors leading to a balcony with a braai area, all located on the first floor. The kitchen and one living area are situated on the ground floor.
