The house, located at 72 Nkwazi Drive in Zinkwazi Beach, offers scenic views of the Indian Ocean. It is perched high above Nkwazi Drive and provides easy beach access via the main beach entrance just across from its driveway. The spacious living area, two of the top bedrooms, and the bottom lounge and bedroom all open onto covered verandas. In case of inclement weather, there is a shielded back veranda accessible from the dining room and kitchen, suitable for braai or relaxation in the shade.

The house is equipped with DSTV, a Weber grill, and is serviced. It has one lock-up garage and covered parking for a second car. The property is secured by fencing, a gate, and beams, with the alarm serviced by an armed response team. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children under 10 years old, across 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

The top floor features an open-plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, and scullery. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first bedroom has two three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The third bedroom has two single beds with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The bottom floor consists of a comfortable lounge with a bedroom that has two single beds and one bunk bed, as well as an en-suite full bathroom. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. Groups of adults are not permitted, as the accommodation caters to "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed.
