The accommodation at 8 Artego Bay, 17 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach, is one of eight townhouses located on a large property with electric gates and a fully walled perimeter. It is situated just one road back from the beach and surrounded by lush gardens overlooking green cane fields. The complex features a large fenced and gated pool, including a children's pool, and is within walking distance to the beach via Glen Drive and a set of stairs leading to the main beach entrance.

The unit itself is spacious and features an open plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen, decks and balconies, three bedrooms, and a loft. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a Weber braai, two covered parking spaces, Wi-Fi (10GB capped, with the option to upgrade for an additional charge), and DSTV. The unit can accommodate up to 10 people, with a maximum of six adults and four children under the age of 12.

The main bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The loft area contains three single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in cupboards, linens, bath and beach towels, hangers, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, a large refrigerator/freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

It is important to note that the accommodation caters exclusively to "nucleus" family holidays and does not allow groups of adults or any functions of any kind. Pets are also not permitted. An additional breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2,500, is required and refundable if there are no damages.
