The '8 Day, 7 Night Boot Camp Challenge Package' is a fitness program designed to provide participants with an active and healthy experience while exploring Cape Town, South Africa. The program includes airport arrival transfer, seven nights of accommodation at a hostel in Blouberg, healthy breakfasts and dinners throughout the week, a Myciti bus pass, a walking tour of Cape Town, fitness assessments, a cooking class, beach workouts, surf lessons, pilates lessons, TRX training, a Cape Point tour, cross-fit training, and seal snorkeling.

On the first day, participants are welcomed at the airport and transported to the hostel, where they meet with the program leader and have a healthy dinner. The second day begins with a fitness assessment, followed by a guided walking tour of the city's historical sites and a healthy cooking class. The third day includes a beach cardio session, a surf lesson, and a pilates class. The fourth day features TRX suspension training and free time for leisure activities.

The fifth day involves exploring the scenic drives of the Cape of Good Hope, including a visit to the penguin beach and a leisurely cycle in the nature reserve. The sixth day is free for participants to relax on the beach or hike Table Mountain (optional). The seventh day starts with a Crossfit-type training session, followed by a visit to the local markets in Hout Bay and snorkeling with seals (or an alternative activity if weather doesn't permit), concluding with a sunset pilates session.

On the final day, participants engage in a Warrior/Impy challenge in the park, involving a 2km run with obstacles. They receive their final measurements and have the option to obtain a home fitness program from the instructor. The package is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive and immersive fitness experience while exploring the highlights of Cape Town.
