The apartment is a lower-level beach house located less than 100 meters from the ocean. It is situated less than 6 kilometers away from Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa. The property is a beautiful beach house, ideal for a family holiday or a friends' reunion.

The living room features a flat-screen TV with DSTV, a large dining room table, and an indoor braai (barbeque area). Sliding doors open onto the lawn, offering a spectacular view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and a washing-up area. The back door leads to an area behind the house, where there is another braai.

The main bedroom has a double bed, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and ample closet space, while the third bedroom has two single beds and ample closet space. Additionally, there is a third single bed in the living area that can be used. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower, bathtub, basin, and toilet. The beach house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

The house is located a mere 6 kilometers from Agulhas and the southernmost tip of Africa. There is an OK Grocer in Struisbaai, but for larger shopping needs, visitors will need to travel approximately 30 kilometers to Bredasdorp, where they will find a Checkers, Spar, takeaway places, and more.
