9B Loader Street is a cleverly designed, very popular, and stylish contemporary property with corner aspect views overlooking Dixon Street. It features an open-plan living space, a hot tub, and two bedrooms. The property is located at the heart of the village.

The ground floor entrance corridor is equipped with double-glazed windows throughout and divides the two high-ceilinged, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a shower bathroom that can be set up as a King or twin room, and it opens out onto a private stone-walled courtyard with seating. Bedroom 1 is adorned with a freestanding bath, a full-length mirror, and glass cupboards concealing a separate shower bathroom.

The spacious oak-floored first floor features Juliet balcony windows on three sides, offering views of the village and a wood-panelled courtyard atrium, making it an ideal entertaining space.
