It is situated 7 kilometers away from the charming seaside village of Hout Bay. The loft, situated upstairs, has a double bed and two single beds, with a shared bathroom. There is a lounge area with a sleeper couch and a television, as well as a small, well-equipped kitchenette. The property also provides guests with a swimming pool, braai facilities, Wi-Fi internet access, and on-site parking.

Hout Bay is considered an excellent location for exploring the Cape region, with nearby attractions such as the famous Chapman's Peak Drive, the stunning Atlantic Seaboard beaches, and the Constantia Wine Route. The spacious loft upstairs has a double bed and two single beds, while downstairs, there is a lounge/dining room with a private entrance to the unit. Additionally, there is a private bathroom with a shower, hand wash basin, and toilet. The property features a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, two-plate stove/oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. Children are welcome, and an extra mattress can be provided for an additional child.
