All amenities have been carefully selected with comfort, ease, and style in mind. The cupboards separating the kitchen from the lounge/dining area also serve as additional work or serving space.

The dining room table is situated next to the expansive windows, offering the perfect setting for breakfast while watching the waves crash on the beach or enjoying a meal or cocktail while witnessing the sunset over the ocean. The complex has a strict no-noise policy, prohibiting shouting, loud talking, or any noise disturbance in the hallways or public areas. When inside the apartment, doors and windows to the corridors must be kept closed as sound travels easily through the building. All sound within the apartment, including voices or television, should be kept very low at all times. Music and visitors are not allowed, as this is a residential building that prioritizes peace and quiet.
