Aasvou00eblkrans B&B is located on the outskirts of the historic and picturesque town of Montagu, which serves as the Western Cape's gateway to the Little Karoo region. The main house and guest units were designed by the award-winning designer and daughter of the host. The establishment is immersed in a tranquil rural atmosphere, with the magnificent red sandstone rock formations of the Little Karoo serving as a backdrop.

Guests can choose from three guest units, each featuring a large bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are decorated to reflect the rustic ambiance of the area. Montagu is situated in the Little Karoo, approximately 180 kilometers from Cape Town and 200 kilometers from Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the Little Karoo. Outdoor activities in the area include visiting hot springs, rock climbing, or taking the popular tractor ride to the top of the Langeberg Mountains.

Aasvou00eblkrans is a stud farm, offering facilities for outdoor activities. In summer, guests can cool off in the private swimming pool or go hiking in the mountains. The large garden provides ample sunshine, and when the sun sets, guests can experience the romanticism of bright starry nights. Each guest unit has a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring showers and a choice of single or double beds, as well as heated floors for the winter. All linen is 100% hand-embroidered.

The facilities can accommodate six adults and four to five children. One of the rooms has a television. The luxurious en-suite bathrooms are decorated with paintings and kelims. The main house has a spacious and comfortable lounge that guests can use. The bedrooms in the guest units have private, shady stoeps where guests can relax and enjoy drinks and conversation. Guests can indulge in large, beautifully laden breakfasts in the dining room, catering to specific preferences if requested.

Aasvou00eblkrans offers a country atmosphere where guests can relax among paddocks with Arab stud horses and enjoy fresh mountain air, making it a perfect weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Horse riding on the farm is available. The town of Montagu has several tourist attractions, including the Montagu Hot Mineral Water Springs, hiking trails like the Aasvou00eblkrans Hiking route starting at the B&B, Cogmans Kloof Trail, and Bloupunt Trail, and wineries such as Uitvlucht, Rietrivier, Drie Berge, and the Montagu Co-op Wine Cellar.
