Abansi Beach House

Abansi Beach House is located in Stillbay East, in the Western Cape. It is a beachfront property with uninterrupted sea views, situated in an area known for the Geelkrans Nature Reserve, where walking, whale watching, and fishing are popular activities. The well-known Lappiesbaai beach is nearby, but swimming is allowed at the beach just a short walk from the house.

The house has two levels that are rented out separately. The upper part features three bedrooms, with the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps two people on two single beds or can be converted to a queen-sized bed upon request. The third bedroom also sleeps two people on two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room has a comfortable leather couch that can be used as an extra bed for a youngster. The main bedroom, living area, and dining area boast unspoiled views of the ocean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a scullery and an indoor braai area. DStv is available in the living room, and a fireplace provides warmth during the winter months.

The lower part of the house is a self-catering flat that can sleep two adults and two children in a double bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. The unit also features a small kitchen, DStv in the living room, and a braai area outside. Both the bedroom and the living room have sliding doors and a sea view, and the flat has one bathroom with a shower only. All rooms offer built-in cupboards, and bedding and towels are provided. The house has a double garage, and the kitchen garden and patio are safely enclosed with gates on both sides for guests' peace of mind.

The premises offer games for kids, including table tennis, volleyball, and darts. It is located within walking distance from the beach. The self-catering flat downstairs has beautiful sea views from both rooms and sleeps two to four people. It is very neat and well-equipped, with a double bedroom featuring large windows and sliding doors leading outside. The second room is the living room with a solid wooden sleeper couch (double bed size), sleeping two children only, a kitchenette, television with DStv, and sliding doors leading outside. The kitchenette has a dining area, a fridge, a small stove with two plates and an oven, a microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people, and cooking and braai utensils. The braai is located right next to the flat, and garden furniture creates a relaxing area in front of the flat.
