Abelia Place

Abelia Place consists of two separate units attached to a family home in the quiet and leafy upmarket area of Rondebosch. Each unit has a private separate entrance, kitchenette, and driveway parking. The suites are equipped with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchenette featuring a fridge, microwave, kettle, and other basic amenities.

The location is very accessible, making it a suitable base for a stay in Cape Town. However, it is important to note that public transportation in residential areas is not ideal, so having a car is advisable. The property is situated 3 to 5 kilometers away from UCT, Groote Schuur Hospital, Red Cross, Newlands Cricket and Rugby venues, and Cape Town International Airport is a 15 to 20-minute drive away during normal off-peak times.

The rates offered at Abelia Place represent good value and include a cooked breakfast served on a tray in the guest's room. Mike and Joy Smith, the owners, have been hosting guests for over 20 years and look forward to welcoming new visitors. Please note that due to water restrictions, the swimming pool is covered and not available for use.
