Abigail's Garden Cottage

Abigail's Garden Cottage is located close to the town of Montagu. It is suitable for a couple with one or two children or three adults seeking a quiet getaway. The self-catering unit comprises one bedroom, a separate dining area, and a lounge area. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan lounge offers a single sleeper couch, a television with Youtube and Netflix, and is equipped for DStv. Guests can bring a smart card and a DStv decoder. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full gas stove, oven, small table, microwave, and fridge freezer. Outside, there are two patios, one with a portable braai and the other with a table and chairs. The garden is home to a few turtles and 30 bird species. Well-mannered pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

Set in a lush garden where children can walk around and enjoy themselves, the property is a seven-minute walk from the main street with numerous restaurants, bars, and hiking trails. It is centrally located and two blocks away from the busy main street in a quiet part of town. The cottage is not suitable for two couples sharing.

The main bedroom offers a queen-sized bed for parents and a day bed suitable for a child or an adult. The living area has a single bed sofa couch suitable for a child or an adult. A portable crib for babies and toddlers is also available. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an extra single bed, an en-suite bathroom, cupboards, and a Victorian fireplace. The lounge has a sofa bed that can sleep two adults, a TV, a coffee table, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, and fridge. Additionally, there is a Weber braai/barbecue.
