Acorn & Summit Guest House

All rooms at the guest house have private entrances, en-suite bathrooms, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities. Each room is equipped with its own TV/LCD and DSTV decoders, providing access to the DSTV Hotel bouquet consisting of 55 TV and 55 radio channels. Secure under-cover parking is available for all guests, ensuring peace of mind.

Breakfasts are served in the dining area, and other meals can be arranged upon request. The premises feature a fully-licensed bar for guests. Additionally, the guest house offers laundry services and airport shuttle services upon request.

The guest house is located in Roodepoort, which consists of residential suburbs, agricultural holdings, mining activities in the south, and some commercial activity in the form of Westgate, Constantia, Laser Park, and Clear Water Mall. Roodepoort is best known as the home of the Walter Sisulu Gardens, formerly the Wits Botanical Gardens, and the city's most famous botanical garden. It is a hive of activity over weekends and offers a beautiful way to experience nature within the city.

Soweto, a popular tourist destination including Soccer City and the Johannesburg Exhibition Centre (NASREC), is located near the guest house. The rooms are comfortably furnished with double beds and equipped with bar fridges, tea and coffee facilities, ceiling fans, panel heaters, DStv, en-suite bathrooms, and private entrances. Breakfast is available at an optional extra cost of R90.00 per person, with a minimum stay of two nights required.
