Acra Retreat Mountain View Lodge

Acra Retreat Mountain View Lodge is a lodging establishment situated on the border of the Elands Krans Nature Reserve. It offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The property features an outdoor pool, a children's pool, sheltered barbecue facilities, and a well-maintained garden.

The lodge has a fully licensed pub where guests can enjoy sundowners and cocktails on the deck or by the pool. All rooms are individually decorated and offer a private entrance to the decks or gardens with mountain views. Each room is equipped with a TV, satellite channels, tea/coffee facilities, a safe, a hairdryer, and a fan. Toiletries, towels, and additional pool towels are provided. The rooms are serviced daily.

Dinners are served in the evening, or guests can use the braai (BBQ) facilities. The lodge provides cutlery, condiments, wood, and charcoal for the BBQ. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, safe parking on the property, and access to clean water from the lodge's borehole. The lodge is located in a malaria-free area, and English, German, Dutch, and Afrikaans are spoken.

Activities such as horse riding, mountain climbing, abseiling, and spa treatments can be arranged. Special requests like champagne, flower arrangements, and candles can be accommodated for an additional cost. Children are welcome, and the lodge has two cots available for babies.

The lodge offers a Luxurious African Room with panoramic windows, providing spectacular views of the mountains. This spacious room features an en-suite bathroom, a private sun porch with two loungers, a queen-size bed, and a large walk-in cupboard. The room also includes a TV with OVHD-TV, coffee and tea facilities, a ceiling fan over the bed, a hairdryer, a safe, a heater, and extra pool towels. The room is serviced daily.
