Adansonia Eco Lodge

Adansonia Eco Lodge, located 16km from Musina in Limpopo Province, South Africa, is a pristine destination catering to outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers, and wildlife photographers. The lodge derives its name from the abundant Baobab trees (Adansonia Digitata) found on the property and offers a serene bushveld experience for individuals, couples, and families, with a pet-friendly policy welcoming well-behaved animals.

The accommodation comprises four elevated log cabins, each air-conditioned and fully equipped with modern amenities including hot water, bed linen, and towels. Three cabins feature two single beds (convertible to king-size) plus two steel camping beds, while one cabin offers a double bed and two steel camping beds. Each cabin includes an en-suite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the Limpopo valley.

The property's communal facilities include a dining room with an indoor braai area, kitchen, bar, and a swimming pool set on a wooden deck offering panoramic views. Additional accommodation options include a self-catering caravan camp for two people and a 4x4 bush camp for visitors with their own tents or caravans.

Visitors can expect to encounter diverse wildlife including kudu, nyala, giraffe, zebra, blue wildebeest, sables, impala, springbuck, jackal, and warthog. Lucky guests might spot leopards, brown hyenas, and occasional wild dog packs. The area is also rich in birdlife. Activities available include game drives, nature trails, hunting, picnicking in the sandy riverbed, and swimming.

Due to the terrain, a high-rise vehicle or 4x4 is recommended for accessing the property. The lodge can accommodate a maximum of sixteen guests across all its facilities at any given time.
