The African Nights Guest House is a modern establishment that offers African hospitality. It is located in the northern suburbs of Pretoria, approximately 15 minutes drive from the city center, in the quiet neighborhood of Theresa Park. The guest house is housed in a contemporary home with African decor.

The guest rooms are very clean and well-appointed, providing the comforts of a discerning modern guest. Some rooms feature balconies with scenic views, high wooden ceilings with oscillating fans, and shared color DStv. The guest house also features two living areas, a TV room where families can be entertained together, and a fully equipped kitchen for guests who wish to cater for themselves.

Outside, guests can enjoy the garden with various green plant species that support a number of birds. The secure parking area is surrounded by a strong fence. The environment is suitable for families living in the city center or townships who need a break from the noise, couples who seek privacy, church congregations for undisturbed Bible study, and students or tourists preparing for exams or writing reports.

It is important to note that the garden is not child-friendly due to the presence of an open swimming pool. The Impala Room, located on the ground floor outside the house next to the carport and open swimming pool, is a compact room with one double bed and a small wall-mounted TV. Guests in the Impala Room share an outside bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, which is located next to the room. The bathroom has not been renovated yet but is kept clean. Children are not allowed in the Impala Room due to safety risks posed by its proximity to the carports and open swimming pool.
