The African Spirit Game Lodge is a privately owned Big 5 Game Lodge situated 12 km west of Mkuze in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The lodge is set against the backdrop of the Lebombo Mountains within the Manyoni Private Game Reserve. It offers accommodation in the form of two self-catering units, which can accommodate six and four people respectively, as well as four chalets that accommodate two guests each.

The self-catering units are fully equipped with open-plan kitchens, providing all necessary amenities for self-catering purposes, including a stove, microwave oven, and fridge-freezer. Linen, bedding, bath towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, crockery, and a reasonable quantity of firewood are supplied. Cleaning services are included once a day, except on public holidays. Selected satellite channels and a decoder are available in each self-catering unit.

The chalets are comfortable and stylish, featuring two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioner, minibar, ceiling fan, and tea and coffee facilities. Game drives are offered twice a day, either in the early morning from 05h00 or in the late afternoon from 15h30, depending on weather conditions. These drives are conducted in an open game viewer and require a minimum of two people. The rates for game drives are R480.00 per adult and R240.00 per child aged 4-11 years. Self-drives are not allowed in the reserve, and guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on the game drives.

The Manyoni Private Game Reserve is home to the Big 5 and a diverse array of animals, including elephants, lions, plains game, and numerous bird species. Every visitor to the reserve is required to pay a conservation fee, which is added to their account. Children of all ages are welcome at the lodge, but they must be supervised by parents at all times. No children under the age of 4 are allowed on game drives, and children are not permitted at the pool or bar area without supervision.

The African Spirit Game Lodge does not offer an open restaurant on the premises or meal options for self-catering guests. However, it provides a dinner, bed, and breakfast option, including one game drive.
