The Aire Del Mar Guesthouse is situated in the quiet and small seaside resort of Kleinbaai. It is located two hours away from Cape Town by car. The area of Gansbaai (Kleinbaai) is known worldwide for Shark Cage Diving and viewing of the great white shark. Additionally, whale watching and Marine Big 5 Tours are popular attractions in the region.

From the luxury of the rooms, balconies, or terraces, guests can witness boats departing the harbor for a day of diving, cruising, or fishing activities. The guest house is within walking distance of the harbor and surrounded by Fynbos.

All rooms at the establishment are Luxury En-suite Rooms. There are five rooms with an ocean view and a balcony, as well as one room with a mountain view on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are three rooms equipped with facilities for self-catering.

The guesthouse offers friendly, personal service and quality accommodation. It has been approved as a COVID Safety establishment, following FEDHASA guidelines. The staff has been trained on COVID preparedness, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), hand hygiene, social distancing, and wearing masks.
