Albatros

The Albatros is a self-catering cottage that consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan area that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room. It features an indoor fireplace to provide warmth during colder weather. The cottage offers lovely views and an outdoor barbecue area, making it an ideal destination for a weekend getaway.

Paternoster is a charming town known for its traditional fisherman's architecture and endless white beaches. The sound of the foghorn when mist enters the bay creates a romantic atmosphere suitable for couples. The town's restaurants specialize in mouthwatering seafood dishes, and the area offers various ocean activities such as surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, kayaking, and relaxing beach walks.

From July to December, whale and dolphin watching is a certainty, while August to October is the flower season in the region. Nearby attractions include the Columbine Nature Reserve, located 8 km from the village, as well as the West Coast Fossil Park, West Coast National Park, and the Berg River Estuary, which offer opportunities for day outings.

The check-in times for the Albatros cottage are strictly as follows: 2 PM - 5 PM (Monday to Thursday), 2 PM - 7 PM (Friday), 2 PM - 4 PM (Saturday and Sunday), and 2 PM - 4 PM (public holidays). During high season, including Easter and the Jazz festival, check-in is strictly at 3 PM unless otherwise arranged with the office. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than the indicated check-in time, which is deductible from the Key & Breakage deposit, and the guest consents to this deduction.
