The Albatross Guesthouse is located in the coastal village of Southbroom on the South Coast of the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It overlooks the warm Indian Ocean and is set within lush, subtropical gardens, ensuring a tranquil stay. The guesthouse consists of six Junior Suites and four self-catering Junior Apartments.

Each Junior Suite is 55 square meters in size and offers a separate lounge, store room with a safe, as well as two bathrooms. The self-catering Junior Apartments are 75 square meters in size and offer a fully equipped kitchenette, dining room, TV lounge with an additional sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, and a patio with a braai and stunning garden and sea views. The guesthouse also has bar facilities, a TV lounge, a restaurant, a small gym, and a spacious swimming pool on site.

The guesthouse can cater for up to 50 guests (within the Covid-19 regulations) and has a beautiful veranda overlooking the Indian Ocean where receptions can be held. The restaurant, bar, and kitchen are fully equipped and licensed. Nearby attractions include outstanding golf courses, beautiful and vast beaches, and plenty of outdoor activities and nature.

Several well-known golf courses are located close by, such as Southbroom Golf Course, San Lameer Golf Course, and the Wild Coast Golf Course. The Junior Suites have extra space to store luggage and golf bags. Umkobi Beach is merely 300 meters away, while the main Beach with lifeguards and Granny's Pool are about 3 kilometers away. The beaches are wide, vast, clean, and easy to access, with most of them being blue-flagged beaches, and the Indian Ocean is warm all year round.
