Alkmaar Farmstay

Alkmaar Farmstay is a charming accommodation establishment situated in the Schagen Valley on the Maputo Corridor, just 10 minutes from Nelspruit (Mbombela), the capital of Mpumalanga. The property, owned by Johann and Wanda Sippel, is set on a working citrus and macadamia nut farm in the heart of the Lowveld.

The accommodation offers self-catering units with a bed and breakfast option available upon request. The property features a Bush Camp with tented units, complete with bedding, specifically designed for private groups of four or more guests. A lapa function room is available, and the tented accommodation shares bathroom facilities. All units come equipped with linen, towels, and tea and coffee making facilities, with daily servicing provided. The rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, double beds, and access to a fully equipped communal kitchen with modern amenities. Outdoor facilities include a boma with braai (barbecue) areas.
