The Alveston Manor Guest House is a grand stately home within the Swanne Group, located in the picturesque town of Middelburg. The name is derived from a Tudor Manor home in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, where the owners previously resided. They were inspired by the elegance of William Shakespeare's hometown and brought back an array of imported English furniture, paintings, and tapestries when they resettled in South Africa.

The traditional Manor Restaurant can accommodate up to 32 diners. With ample safe parking, the Alveston Manor Guest House offers a complete one-stop service for corporate and private events, including luxury overnight accommodation.
