It is a gracious, two-level, open-plan stone home that features four spacious bedrooms and two generous living rooms, each with its own fireplace and added attractions such as a snooker table.

The house is situated on a 1400ha private eco nature and trout estate. All bedrooms, the lounge, full-length deck, and living space enjoy spectacular views over the private estate, which incorporates 5 km of Mooi River frontage, six well-stocked trout dams, and amazing wildlife. Amanzi Country Manor offers all the modern conveniences that make a home comfortable in a timeless, unforgettable setting. It is the perfect place to hike, fish, go for game drives, bird watch, canoe, or simply sit back and do nothing at all.

The house consists of a downstairs master bedroom with a full en-suite, including a bath, shower, and toilet. This room has a king-size bed and direct access to the deck. The second downstairs master bedroom also has a full en-suite with a bath, shower, and toilet, as well as a queen-size bed and direct access to the deck. Upstairs, bedroom three has a king-size bed or two singles, while bedroom four has a king-size bed or two single beds. This room shares a full bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet.

The lower living space features a wood fireplace, stacking doors onto the deck, a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a scullery and pantry, including all appliances, cutlery, and crockery.
