Amber Place is a large self-catering villa with eight bedrooms, each having an en-suite bathroom. It is situated in a beautiful location that overlooks Camps Bay beach and the majestic mountain range of the Twelve Apostles. The villa can accommodate up to sixteen guests. The spacious interior is styled with neutral tones and colorful accents inspired by the abundant African nature. The top floor terraces, bedrooms, and cigar room offer fantastic views of the ocean.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which overlook the sparkling pool and the ocean, while one faces a garden courtyard. There are two spacious lounges, including a dining area with a fireplace and a TV room, along with a common bathroom featuring a shower. The villa also has a large, well-equipped kitchen suitable for self-catering needs, as well as a cocktail bar.

The first floor features five bedrooms, two of which open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean, while the remaining ones face the magnificent Twelve Apostles mountain range. There is also a common cigar room and a sun seeker terrace offering splendid ocean views.

The pool area features a sea view and a dining area under a shady balau awning. Additionally, a second terrace overlooking the grass lawn provides an idyllic setting for a morning breakfast.

Amber Place is conveniently located just a ten-minute drive from Cape Town city center and the V&A Waterfront, and within 2.5 km (approximately a five-minute drive) from Camps Bay beach and its excellent restaurants and shops, making it an ideal choice for holidaymakers and business people alike.
