Amritz Private Lodge And B&B is a peaceful and tranquil private establishment located 29 kilometres west of Sun City and a 60-minute drive from Pretoria or 90 minutes from Johannesburg. The bush surroundings have been touched with luxury without ruining the natural beauty of the bushveld.

The lodge offers two four-bedroom houses, each equipped with its own bathroom (not all en-suite). The decor reflects an African bushveld style. Each house has a shared lounge area with TV and a shared kitchen area with a fridge and microwave. The accommodation options include one double room, one family room, and six twin rooms in total. All rooms are furnished with air conditioning, tea, and coffee-making facilities.

Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings but is allowed on all deck areas. Guests can enjoy the peaceful scenery of the surrounding bush and abundant birdlife from the wooden decks or take a stroll through the bushes. At sunset, a social braai can be enjoyed at the boma, where a campfire creates an unforgettable atmosphere. Braai-packs and side dishes are available upon request at an additional cost, and dinner can be arranged in advance, as the kitchen closes at 5 pm.

The day begins with a memorable farmhouse breakfast served in the cottage-style dining room that leads out onto a wooden deck. Guests can experience real farm life, with sheep and goats grazing around the camp. Peacocks, guinea fowls, antelope, bushpigs, ostriches, and emus may also be spotted on the premises.

The establishment caters to small functions and weddings, offering a breakaway from the office with team-building activities at the boma. Intimate weddings can be hosted, and the Pilanesberg Game Reserve is nearby for self-drive game viewing or special booked game drives with trackers. Two golf courses are located in Sun City, and the well-maintained Rustenburg golf course is also close by. The peaceful surroundings on the small family farm provide a serene environment for children to escape city life, with farm animals like goats, sheep, ostriches, peacocks, and impala/blesbok grazing naturally around the premises.
