The Anchorage B&B is situated in the peaceful seaside village of Elysium, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This stylish establishment offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, with regular sightings of whales and dolphins during season. Each of the four double en-suite bedrooms features a private balcony overlooking the ocean, allowing guests to experience spectacular sunrises and the soothing sounds of waves and birdsong.

The property boasts impressive sea views from every room, creating an inviting and peaceful atmosphere. A full English breakfast is served in the downstairs dining room, which connects to the garden through large sliding glass doors, offering views of both the ocean and inland vegetation. The establishment features a swimming pool and gazebo area where guests can enjoy cocktails, sunbathing, or barbecues.

Each spacious en-suite room is well-appointed with modern amenities including flat-screen TVs with OpenView channels, bar fridges, and tea and coffee stations. While the local beach, just a 5-minute walk away, doesn't have shark nets, it's excellent for fishing and walks, and several protected beaches are nearby. The B&B is adults-oriented, generally not accommodating children under 12, though exceptions can be arranged. The location provides easy access to numerous activities including golf at Umdoni Golf Course and other nearby courses, go-karting, hiking, scuba diving, horse riding, Oribi Gorge exploration, water sports, and various tourist attractions such as Croc World and the reptile park. The rarely crowded local beach offers spectacular 180-degree sea views, perfect for long walks and peaceful contemplation.
