Angel Bay, located at 129 Nkwazi Drive in Zinkwazi Beach, is a property that offers a beach cottage experience. It combines nostalgic elements with modern furnishings and comfort, all in good condition. The cottage has direct beach access and sea views. It features a lovely entertainment area with umbrellas, veranda furniture, and loungers for relaxation around the sparkling blue pool, which is equipped with a net.

The cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms. Linen, bath, and beach towels are provided. Three bedrooms have Queen-sized Henwood's beds, and the property is rated 5-star for hospitality and has air conditioning. The house is serviced and provides a Weber and charcoal braai, an active DSTV card and decoder, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable surroundings. There are no stairs inside the house.

The property is secured with palisade fencing, a gate, security beams, an alarm, and armed response. While there are no garages, the property is flat and offers ample parking, with cars secured by security beams. There is a flat lawn where children can play and kick a ball when not swimming in the pool or building sandcastles on the beach. Guests can enjoy the beach directly in front of the house via a direct access path or stroll to the main beach, where parking is available for early birds or those who prefer a short drive.

The house features an open-plan lounge, a large bar, a dining room, a kitchen, and a separate scullery/laundry area. The living area flows out onto the veranda and pool. The well-equipped kitchen includes all cutlery and crockery, a microwave, a hob and eye-level oven, two refrigerator/freezers, a chest freezer, and a Nespresso machine (guests need to bring their own pods). Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a windy dryer.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. The property does not cater to groups of adults or host functions of any kind; it is intended for "nucleus" family holidays. Additional charges apply, including a daily staff levy of R250 and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500. During peak season (December and January), specific minimum stay requirements are in place, which may vary depending on whether the booking includes Christmas, New Year, or both.
