A shared second bathroom, equipped with both a bathtub and shower, serves the remaining bedrooms. The units feature open-plan living spaces comprising a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge with television, and dining area. Ground floor units open onto spacious patios, while upper units boast large balconies ideal for dolphin watching and sunset viewing.

The complex offers shared amenities including braai facilities on a front lawn suitable for family activities. A convenient pedestrian gate provides direct access to Lucien Beach, a Blue Flag-certified swimming beach with lifeguard supervision.
