Anne's Place is a double-story self-catering apartment situated in the world-famous Betty's Bay, a pristine Fynbos area surrounded by mountains with the beach only a five-minute walk away. The owner resides in a private unit with a separate entrance. The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed while the second is furnished with two single beds. There is a full bathroom on the upper level as well as a patio with braai facilities.

On the lower level, there is a second bathroom, lounge with dining area, and kitchen. The lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels, and guests are welcome to bring their own decoder and smart card. There is no WiFi available, but there is a garage. During the Christmas/New Year holiday, full DStv is provided. Cleaning services are not available during the stay, and day-visitors are not allowed. The key is to be collected at the accommodation. Loud music or parties, smoking inside the house (except for upstairs in the braai area), and pets are not permitted. The house is not accessible for wheelchairs.

The tranquil surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking, and fishing. Short rides will take visitors to the penguin reserve, Black Oystercatcher Reserve, and Harold Porter Botanical Gardens. Between July and November, the Southern Right whales appear along the South Western coastline to mate and give birth to their young in the sheltered bays. Betty's Bay is situated approximately 130 km from Cape Town and 50 km from Hermanus, both beautiful drives.

The rate displayed is for four guests. An additional rate is charged for children if there are more than four guests. Inquiries should be made for rates for two guests. It is a self-catering house sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms. The house is fully equipped, and the upstairs features two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, and one full bathroom. There is an undercover barbecue area. Downstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen leading onto the dining area and living room. Linen is supplied, but guests are advised to bring their own towels.
