Annie's Cottage is a lovingly restored colonial home situated at the foot of the 'koppie' where South Africa's first commercial mine was found. It offers a serene ambience. From August to October when the Namaqualand flowers bloom, the area's beauty is unparalleled.

The establishment has eleven luxury en-suite rooms that provide comfort and a feeling of 'coming home' for weary travelers. Guests can enjoy the oasis-like garden filled with fantasy and private corners under ancient Jacaranda trees, a lazy afternoon on the veranda with a book and refreshments, or a fun-filled day with children by the swimming pool.

All rooms have private entrances onto the veranda, into the garden, or their own private patio to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Each room is uniquely decorated to give it its own personality, with Egyptian cotton bedding, feather down duvets, and pillows to ensure a luxurious sleeping experience. All rooms are en-suite with either a bath, shower, or both, and feature crisp white towel sets and matching his and her robes.

The rooms are equipped with internet connections, television with selected DSTV channels and M-Net, as well as fully stocked bar-fridges for guests' enjoyment. The friendly staff at Annie's Cottage will also provide for any further requirements guests may have. The establishment is luxuriously furnished with antiques, and each room has a private entrance, fully stocked mini-bar, robes, and toiletries.
