Annie's Flat is a one-bedroom accommodation located in an exceptionally large and peaceful garden. It occupies the lower portion of a house, with separate entrances on opposite sides of the building, ensuring complete privacy. The property is situated within close proximity, approximately 500 meters from the swimming beach and around 200 meters from shops and restaurants.

The flat is suitable for two individuals or a family of up to four people. The bedroom features a double bed, while the lounge and kitchen area is equipped with two divans that can serve as additional beds. The bathroom consists of a toilet, washbasin, and shower.

Annie's Flat is fully furnished with bedding, two towels per person, a TV capable of accepting DStv with the provision of a personal decoder, a two-plate stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee and tea facilities, and all necessary utensils. Outdoor amenities include a covered patio with a portable braai directly in front of the flat, as well as an additional beautiful braai area situated lower in the garden.
