Annvilla Guest House

The Annvilla Guest House is situated in the beautiful and established suburb of Irenepark, just off the N12 in Klerksdorp, in the North West Province of South Africa. It is close to all business areas and other amenities, and offers luxury accommodation for discerning business or leisure travellers. The newly constructed guest rooms are in the wonderful style of the original early-1930s Main House, with wooden floors and high-pressed ceilings. The bedrooms and comfortable bathrooms are designed with relaxation in mind and decorated in a classic style.

Annvilla is suitable for business or leisure breaks, offering spacious and luxurious double suites overlooking a patio garden. Each double suite features its own private entrance and an elegant en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy. The spacious bedroom and living room offers an extra length king-size bed, luxury wingback chairs, a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a private fridge. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a large bath and walk-in glass shower with a selection of toiletries provided. A relaxing seating area provides a way to relax, read, and watch TV, while the business travellers have a well-lit work desk that doubles as a dressing table with a large mirror. For guests' convenience, air-conditioning and an electronic safe large enough for a laptop are standard in each room. Strategically placed lighting with various setting options allow guests to choose a light setting to suit their mood.

Additional services available on request include email facilities, laundry services, credit card facilities, telephone, fax and photocopy facilities, and gas barbecue facilities. Lunch and dinner can be arranged upon request, and safe parking is provided. The guest house also has a spacious and beautiful Bridal Suite with everything needed for a perfect romantic night for the bride and groom, and for a heavenly honeymoon. The suite has a king bed, seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath.
