Appelsbosch Guest House is a four-bedroom cottage located on a working farm, situated approximately 3 kilometers outside Swellendam, below the Langeberg mountain range. The cottage can accommodate up to seven guests, with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable lounge leads onto a small veranda.

The farm offers a tranquil setting surrounded by the beautiful Langeberg Mountains. Guests can enjoy various activities such as fresh water fishing on a farm dam, hiking trails, mountain biking on local farm roads and trails, bird watching, and more. Visitors have the opportunity to experience a working farm and let their children interact with the farm animals.

Swellendam, located approximately two hours' drive from Cape Town on the N2, is a unique tourist destination offering historical sites like the Drostdy Museum and The Bontebok Park, as well as beautiful mountain views, walks, and numerous other varied tourist attractions.

The guest house provides ample open space on the working farm, close to the mountain for hiking. Visitors can visit the dairy and participate in feeding the calves. Additionally, they can enjoy fishing in the farm dam or engage in giant wooden games such as Scrabble and Jenga. The accommodation offers four bedrooms that can accommodate up to twelve people, with one room featuring a double bed, two rooms with two single beds each, and one room with three bunk beds (accommodating six people). The facilities include two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an automatic washing machine, indoor and outdoor braai areas, and Wi-Fi availability. All bedding and towels are provided.
