The townhouse, referred to as 'Apple', has been completely renovated to accommodate one to four guests in comfort. It is situated within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium, the Waterfront, and the City.

The townhouse comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Each bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, and there is an additional guest toilet.
