Aqua Pearl No 9 is a three-bedroom self-catering apartment with two bathrooms and granite kitchen countertops. The fully equipped luxury apartment offers 180-degree sea views from the living room, main bedroom, and two large doors that open onto the spacious, covered balcony facing Uvongo. There is a built-in gas braai on the patio, ensuring that a leisurely day at the beach is not the only way to enjoy fun and relaxation during the holiday. The balcony also features an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for dining al fresco.

The unit can accommodate up to six people. It is equipped with three flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a CD player, and fiber internet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a washing machine. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms offer the option of either two single beds or another queen-size bed, making it suitable for two families vacationing together. The en-suite bathroom features a stylish corner bathtub, and both bathrooms have showers.

The built-in closets provide ample storage space for holiday clothing and belongings. Linen is provided, but guests should bring their own towels and beach towels. The apartment is located 10 kilometers from the airport and less than 500 meters from the popular Lucian beach. Manaba beach is within walking distance, while Margate main beach is a 15-minute walk along the beach. Shelley Beach, a 15-minute drive away, offers two shopping centers and a cinema. During high season, Margate main beach offers various activities to entertain everyone. Margate and Ramsgate also have numerous restaurants and coffee shops, providing ample opportunities for exploration.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but the large patio is available for this purpose. Pets are not allowed on the property. Cleaning services are available for guests at an additional cost, and inquiries can be made with the apartment supervisor. A laundromat is situated on Manaba Road, less than 500 meters away.
