A self-catering guest unit called Aquaberry is located adjacent to a large family home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Mtunzini. Mtunzini is a coastal conservancy town in Zululand, situated on a hill overlooking the beach. The name Mtunzini is derived from the Zulu word "Emthunzini", meaning "in the shade of the umthunzi tree". This area features a 40 km stretch of beach and is a haven for bird-watchers and nature-lovers.

Aquaberry has its own private entrance and comprises one bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living room area. The bedroom is air-conditioned and contains twin single beds that can be made up together, with a bathroom featuring a shower. The tiled kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a ceiling fan, a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and a breakfast bar with stools. The comfortable living room area leads out through glass sliding doors onto a spacious deck with outdoor furniture and a sea view. DStv is also available on request.
