Arbour1 is a centrally located guest house in the tree-filled suburb of Heatherlands in George, which is ideal for tourists exploring the Garden Route. All rooms are equipped with their own alarm, flat screen TV, Commercial DStv channels, and unlimited free Wi-Fi access. Four out of the five bedrooms overlook a spacious tree-filled bird garden, swimming pool, and communal braai area, where braai wood is provided free of charge.

A Continental Breakfast is available for an additional R50 upon request. Comfortable outdoor seating is available in the shared balcony, porch, and nearby areas. The fifth bedroom, named Eden, features its own garden and braai area, and is known to be the most private room.

Arbour1 is suitable for businessmen and women, golf enthusiasts, cyclists, hikers, hospital visitors, and sports enthusiasts. The Eden room is the smallest room but offers the best outdoor sitting area and is closest to the swimming pool. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
