Arendsig Farmhouse

Arendsig Farmhouse is a well-equipped accommodation situated on an operational wine and fruit farm in a tranquil setting. It is located 155 kilometers from Cape Town and 25 kilometers past Robertson.

The farmhouse can accommodate up to 10 guests in four bedrooms with twin beds that can be converted into double beds. Additionally, there are two extra single beds available. The bedrooms share three full bathrooms, and linens and bath towels are provided. The rates vary based on the number of guests staying.

Guests can relax at the outdoor braai area or enjoy a meal by the cozy indoor fireplace. The farmhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge, and a dining area, making it feel like a home away from home.

Various activities are available for guests, including birdwatching, canoeing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, stargazing, swimming, and walking. The Arendsig handcrafted wines facility is situated 2 kilometers away and is open by appointment only.

Arendsig Farmhouse is conveniently located within a 20-minute drive from Montagu and Robertson, and a 10-minute drive from Bonnievale. The charming village of McGregor is also nearby. These towns offer numerous restaurants, and there are 56 wineries within a 50-kilometer radius.

The comfortable farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards, plum, apricot, and peach trees, and majestic mountains on each horizon. With no cell phone reception, guests can enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The farmhouse is situated on a wine farm that caters to weddings.
