The accommodation being described is a self-catering studio apartment suitable for two adults. It is situated directly on the beach at a renowned surf break, with a private secure boardwalk providing direct access to the shell-strewn beach from the apartment. The apartment offers privacy, peacefulness, and solitude, allowing guests to watch surfers at the nearby surf breaks or observe whales and dolphins from their bed. The peaceful surroundings are further enhanced by the sound of the surf at night.

The apartment features either a king-size bed or two single beds, with all linens provided. It is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels, free Wi-Fi, a deck with sun loungers, a Weber braai (grill), a well-appointed kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils. The en-suite bathroom includes a toilet and a good-sized shower, with towels and beach towels supplied.

Security measures are in place, including external beams and a panic button linked to a rapid response security company, a fully walled perimeter with razor wire topping, and CCTV covering all external areas, including the parking area secured with a parking post. The apartment also has a solar backup power system to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply during load shedding events.
