Atlanta Apartments is an upmarket block of four apartments located on the sea in the sheltered Bali Bay, a five-minute flat walk from the renowned beach and restaurants of Camps Bay. The Southern Right whale frequently visits the area in the spring, and on special days, dolphins and seals can be spotted surfing the waves at any time of the year. The beach is a popular destination for sunbathers and surfers.

Each apartment offers Weber barbecue facilities, outdoor tables and chairs, luxurious furnishings, color TV with satellite, a music system, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The three-bedroom and penthouse apartments each have their own private pools, while the middle floor 2 bed and 1 bed share a pool. All bedding, bath, and beach towels are provided, and the units are serviced three times a week. Off-street parking in a chained driveway for one car is available per apartment.

The one-bedroom apartment consists of a lounge and dining room, and one bedroom with a Queen-size bed. The main bathroom is modern, with a large shower, double washbasin, and toilet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, and refrigerator. The lounge includes an LCD Sony TV, a DVD player, and wireless broadband internet access. The apartment leads out onto a deck with recliners, a table and chairs, and a Weber barbecue. The one-bedroom apartment shares the pool with the middle floor 2 bed.
