Auldstone House

Auldstone House is a centrally located lodging establishment in Dullstroom, positioned near the Dullstroom Information Centre. The property features free private parking and is situated on the same premises as the Wild about Whiskey bar and retail shop.

The guesthouse comprises six uniquely decorated suites, all located on the second floor. Suites 1 and 2 offer spacious accommodations with en-suite bathrooms featuring both bath and shower facilities, open fireplaces, and electric blankets. Suite 3 is a self-catering unit with a double bedroom, additional single room, living area with fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including an air fryer. It also features a small balcony with views.

Suite 4 is configured as a triple room with one double and one single bed, equipped with electric blankets and an en-suite shower. Notably, Suites 3 and 4 can be combined to create a family suite accommodating up to six people through an inter-leading door. Suite 5 offers two bedrooms (twin and queen), a well-appointed kitchen with air fryer, and a living area with flat-screen TV. Suite 6, while lacking views, provides a quieter location away from the main road with double or twin bed options.

All suites are equipped with WiFi, DSTV (Hotel Bouquet), tea/coffee making facilities, and small bar fridges. The property features solar backup power and borehole water, with laundry facilities available for extended stays. Smoking is prohibited in rooms but permitted in designated areas. The establishment's location provides easy access to local restaurants and village activities, including the renowned Wild about Whisky bar.
